Many schools throughout Iowa have chosen Ben to perform at school functions. His use of volunteers from the audience and high energy style keeps them laughing and focused.
His routines make subtle ties to using manners, encourage reading, how to be a good audience, using your imagination, and more.
Children often recognise him from his performances at Adventureland Amusement park, which makes a big impression and can make the event seem more exciting.
When appropriate, Ben suggests holding two shows - one for the younger grades and a 2nd for the older ones. There are differences in the interests and humor of these ages, and Ben will approach each group in a slightly different manner.
Ben also performs for events with smaller audiences like classroom and single grade parties.
